Founded by royal charter in 1548, the coat of arms of The Clothworkers' Company (one of the City of London's great twelve livery companies) has seen multiple iterations across the centuries.
The Company required a new design that would work well across all of their communications. Alongside the key concerns of clarity, legibility and flexibility was adherence to the historical requirements dictated by the 1548 charter.
